Our Story

In September 2018 we took over this location and so began Lindy's South Shore Bagels & Heros. It took a lot of work and a LOT of cleaning before we were able to put our name on this building and begin serving quality items to the public. We understood that building this business would not be easy, as with a change in ownership, customers did not know if quality would worsen or improve. We are happy to say, as we are a family who strive for freshness,  top quality, and cleanliness, we have been told quality as at the best it has been at this building(that is a customer quote, not our opinion)! We will always continue to improve to make sure we bring the best to this community, as Lindenhurst is where we were born, raised or families, and continue to grow.
